Overview

The role of the VP Support associate is to provide white glove service to our top tier Consultants. This includes responding to inquiries from multiple contact channels (phone, email, chat and social media) and resolving issues, handling escalated situations for both customers and company executives, and effectively relaying the details of complex commissions' structures, promotions, and incentives.

Our Operational Hours: 8a-10pm M-F with occasional Saturdays



Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Answer inquiries and resolve complex issues using available resources
  • Handle escalations directly from VPs or company executives
  • Act with empowerment and ownership ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Must have a clear understanding of business rules, terms and conditions, and policies/procedures regarding the Success Plan (WS)
  • Remain current on internal work processes, programs, procedures, and product knowledge
  • Must meet Productivity standards (ACW AHT ADH)
  • Must meet Quality standards
  • Must meet Key Performance Indicators
  • Assist with month end processes as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree desirable
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center
  • Must be proficient or better in computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn and utilize a variety of computer software programs
  • Must be able to type 40+ wpm
  • Intermediate math skills required
  • Must be capable of working a flexible schedule, weekend hours, and overtime hours when needed
  • Ability to display Empathy, Respect, and Good Judgment
  • Problem resolution and Mentality
  • Multi-level marketing compensation plan experience a plus
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal/external individuals at all levels
  • Must be self-motivated and take initiative
  • Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Must be able to work collaboratively
  • Must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Must be capable of working a flexible schedule, weekend hours, and overtime hours when needed
  • Must demonstrate and maintain an excellent record of punctuality and attendance
  • Bi-Lingual is a plus
  • Follow through and Follow-up skills
  • Ability to accept disposition and support
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
