CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT ASSISTANT
This position is responsible for supporting the Customer Service Team in the Order Management process. This is an entry level position that will focus on providing support, where needed, to achieve improved process flow through all steps of order processing, emphasizing support on the back end by being the plant/operations liason, making labels and processing support documentation. Working in a customer service team of 3-6 people. Daily interaction with Shipping, Accounting, Sales, Production, Regulatory, QC and other Company departments.
RESPONSIBILTIES;
1. TRAIN ON INTERNAL SOFTWARE PROGRAM TO LEARN ORDER ENTRY / SAMPLE ORDER ENTRY AND ALL OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES
2. LIAISON TO TRACK ORDERS IN PLANT / LAB / SHIPPING / COA / ACCOUNTING FOR . CITRUS CSRs
3.MAINTAIN ORDER SPREADSHEET
4. ASSIST IN HANDLING EXTERNAL ORDER PROCESSES
5. MANAGE INTERNAL MAKE AND HOLD ORDER PROCESS
6. DAILY BATCH PRINTS
7. PREPARE IN-HOUSE REPORTS
8. COVER CITRUS CSRs WHEN NEEDED (SPOT COVERAGE / FULL DESK COVERAGE IE. VACATION COVERAGE)
9. MISCELLANEOUS PROJECTS SUCH AS UPDATING TRAINING MANUALS, ETC.
10. OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

ORGANIZED, FORWARD THINKNING, ENJOYS LEARNING NEW THINGS
MOTIVATED, BRIGHT, QUICK STUDY, CAN DO PERSONALITY
EXPERIENCE IN EXCEL/WORD/POWER POINT, MATHEMATICAL ACCUMEN, EXCEL EXPERTISE A PLUS
TRUSTWORTHY, TEACHABLE AND TAKES DIRECTION WELL
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED
