Description **Job Description:**

The PMO consultant role is part of the Treasury Business Technology team within Corporate Treasury. The PMO consultant will work in a fast-paced, challenging environment, gain exposure to cross-Treasury initiatives, and work with business partners across Treasury, CFO and Technology. The role supports and drives consistency of the financial forecasting across the Treasury initiative portfolio.

Specific Responsibilities:

+ Consolidate program and project monthly financial actual expenses and forecasts

+ Identify inaccurate financial data

+ Calculate accruals for operating expenses

+ Financial/Variance analysis of expenses and resource plans

+ Generate senior leadership financial governance reporting (Executive, Program and Project)

+ Monthly and Ad hoc financial reporting

_Enterprise Role Overview_

_Contributes to programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Assesses the adoption risk associated with the change effort. Identifies, develops and executes strategies and supporting tactics to engage and influence all stakeholders to make needed behavioral changes. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Responsible for tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. Experience with BAC Change and Project Management tools and processes. Responsible for Clarity and PCM updates and project documents. Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Typically 1-3 plus years of project or program management support experience._

Required Skills and Experience:

+ 3-4 years of Finance/analytical work experience, program/project forecast and planning experience

+ PCM Web/Fieldglass/SAP/eLedger knowledge

+ Acute attention to details

+ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

+ 1-2 years minimum program management experience; coordinating and reporting on efforts across multiple groups

+ Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously, strong prioritization and time management

+ Experience developing and facilitating concise and effective presentations, including the ability to explain results of complex analysis at a level that resonates across many different audiences

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills and Experience:

+ BS/BA (Accounting or Finance strongly preferred)

+ Analytical Abilities/Financial Acumen/Problem Solving

+ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and partner across organizational or functional boundaries

+ Process focused and team oriented

+ Ability to develop strong partnership/team building relationships with business partners
