The Clinical Psychology (PsyD) program at CIIS has been educating psychologists for over 25 years. Our alumni have established a highly regarded presence in the Bay Area and beyond, occupying many leadership roles in the professional community. Our distinctive approach to doctoral education synthesizes integral philosophy and contemporary psychodynamic approaches to psychotherapy. We emphasize the radical roots of this discipline, as well as its unparalleled emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for change. Our faculty is deeply interested in the many intersections between psychodynamic psychotherapy and humanistic, existential, somatic, and transpersonal psychotherapies. We are seeking core faculty, Assistant/Associate Professor Rank, to contribute to the growth and direction of our innovative Clinical Psychology (PsyD) program. We will consider both full-time and half-time appointments.
