Use your exceptional leadership abilities and experience to propel our contact center to the next level of customer service excellence!We are an award winning 24/7/365 contact center with offices in Perham and Roseville.We seek an outstanding leader to provide leadership and direction for daily call center operations assuring excellent employee and customer satisfaction.The successful candidates will have a positive, enthusiastic outlook and have initiative to create an environment in which employees thrive.

The candidates will also possess:
  • An AAS degree in business preferred
  • Four or more years of demonstrated leadership excellencepreferablyin a call center environmentboth physical and virtual
  • Experience with hiring fabulous employees, call quality evaluations and coaching; training, escalated customer calls,leadingwork-at-home employees, and creating efficient and effective processes.

This leader will be located in ourRosevilleoffice from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and be available for calls in the evening and every other weekend.
