**Role overview**

+ The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and implementing the Wholesale Credit Business Strategy by leading platform development initiatives, including identifying customer need, designing and validating concepts, developing business cases, and partnering with technology to analyze and write Business and Functional Requirements documentation.

+ Candidate will participate in the design of our target state platform,CreditCenter, with the specific responsibility of identifying the business need and corresponding solutions for collateral capture, collateral workflow and collateral monitoring both in the credit and fulfillment environment.

**Key responsibilities**

+ Interacting with Program Owners, Technology, and Operations to design and develop a platform which is consistent with the Wholesale Credit Business Strategy

+ Partnering with Business end users to ensure platforms are fit for purpose and are rolled out in a controlled and seamless manner​

**Qualifications and experiences**

+ 5+ years experience in credit underwriting or credit operations

+ Candidate must be detail orientated, demonstrate a high regard for operational excellence and has interest in data workflow

+ •Deep knowledge of the either the credit underwriting or fulfillment due diligence process (ideally both) with a particular focus on collateral data capture and collateral monitoring.

+ Interest inFinTechand experience partnering with Technology across the development life cycle to deliver solutions

**Skills and competencies**

+ Strong communication skills, including the ability to partner with remote stakeholders

+ A proven record of developing creative solutions to complex problems, challenging the status quo, and advocating for change

+ Demonstrated ability to think strategically and articulate a vision

+ Ability to collaborate with stakeholders with divergent views to develop commonsolutions


+ For candidates located outside of Charlotte, frequent travel will be required
