Description **Job Description:**



• Responsible for acquiring, managing, and transforming data into meaningful information that supports Bank of America Digital Sales, Bank by Appointment and Digital Monetization (i.e. BankAmeriDeals). This role will report to the manager of Digital Sales Analytics.

• Key focus will be on leveraging analytical methods to better understand BAC.com digital traffic in order to drive incremental Digital product sales for Deposits, Card and Lending products.

• Role will leverage Web Analytics data combined with other BAC data to analyze how different customer segments navigate to shopping pages and proceed through the sales "funnel".

• Work with business partners to identify opportunities to improve the pull-thru of the sales funnel across products and channels (i.e. Desktop and Mobile).

• Leverage advanced analytical methods to identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue for Digital Monetization platforms such as BankAmeriDeals and Gift Cards.

• Manage and prioritize tasks, delivering high quality analyses, completing project documentation, and presenting results to multiple teams and business partners.

• Self-managing large efforts by breaking down work and communicating timelines to stakeholders.

• Work with business partners to develop DOE studies and observational studies with derived control groups for Digital initiatives and subsequent back-end measurement to determine success of initiatives.



**Qualifications/Desired Skills:**



**Required skills:**

• Bachelors Degree in finance, math/statistics, or computer science or related analytical field preferred

• 5+ years experience in applied statistical analysis (DOE/observational studies) and/or model development

• Proficient in SAS, SQL or similar database management language

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to present findings to senior leaders

• Ability to proactively identify analytical projects that drive the business

• Ability to navigate complex data environments and manipulate large data sets to identify relevant insights

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

• Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines



**Desired skills:**

• Banking / Finance / Marketing work experience

• Knowledge and usage of digital data and Web Analytics platforms and data such as Coremetrics, Celebrus, etc.

• SAS Enterprise Guide, Teradata SQL, JMP, R, Python and/or BI Tools such as MicroStrategy / Tableau

• Knowledge and usage of key data stores (e.g. W data warehouse)

• Expertise with Bank of America Desposit, Card and/or Lending products
