JOB SUMMARY: Position works 15-20 hours a week. The Clerical Assistant ensures prompt and courteous service when performing courier tasks. This position is responsible for receiving and distributing mail/items both intercompany and outside of company, delivering daily bank deposits to bank, and assisting co-workers with various job functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (include but are not limited to)

Performs courier duties such as picking up and delivering incoming and outgoing mail

Pickup and deliver equipment/materials to/from Gonzales Service Center to/from Gonzales warehouse

Transport the daily bank deposit from Gonzales billing department to local bank

Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

Good driving record

Some basic computer skills

Customer service skills

EVALUATION:

Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with procedures established by the company.

QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITES

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Must have a valid drivers license
