Justworks is seeking an Associate Program Manager to support the annual renewal cycle of our health insurance plans (referred to as Renewals). Working collaboratively with the Program Manager of Renewals and business stakeholders, you will lead the execution of cross-functional projects within the program, guide the iterative improvement process, and create metrics and goals around said projects.

Your Success Profile

What You Will Work On

  • Work on the execution of Renewals from inception through launch
  • Organize the renewals program, workstreams required, outcomes those workstreams will be responsible for, and associated KPIs
  • Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders as well as using available data - including results from prior renewals, competitive analysis, customer feedback, etc
  • Lead regular check-ins with working groups to identify any new risks or dependencies and help keep critical deliverables on track
  • Create detailed project timelines and make adjustments as needed, setting clear expectations for the working group
  • Translate the customer journey throughout renewals using customer research and surveys.
  • Do what it takes to get the job done and motivate a team
  • Maintain a positive attitude, even in the face of adversity
  • Lead resolution efforts for issues that may arise and follow through until theyre completed
  • Inform future strategy through data tracking and insights
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of project management or program experience within a tech-forward organization
  • Experience with software planning tools and/or project management tools
  • Team player who puts the needs of the project and group first
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation skills
  • SQL & Excel knowledge
  • Health Insurance experience a plus
