As an Assoc. Product Manager/Product Manager, Patient CRM at Revance, you'll be responsible for leading teams to develop products that strengthen the relationship between our customers and their patients. You'll work with experts in design, engineering, marketing, and operations to bring ideas to life that will empower aesthetic practices and their patients.

As a part of the Patient team, you'll develop solutions that allow our customers to further engage with their patients, including a patient messaging platform and white-labeled patient portal. You'll lead work in an area that is core to the value proposition of our technology, while also chartering solutions in a new frontier of our platform.   • Conducting internal and external research to understand the patient journey and how best to streamline and elevate the experience
  • Partnering with peers to craft and evolve the team's vision, mission, and strategy
  • Owning a segment of our patient roadmap and validate, define, and execute your way to deliver value
  • Defining the KPI's by which to measure the success of the patient-facing products and how to achieve those metrics
  • Collaborating with design, engineering, and operations to ship meaningful, high-impact work

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 2-4+ years product management experience (B2C or B2B)
  • Systems thinking mindset and approach to roadmapping and problem solving
  • Skilled in prioritization and using research and data to support your decisions
  • Strong presentation skills; to champion our product vision and strategy with other teams
  • Ability to focus on a problem at hand while thoughtfully considering overarching company strategy
  • Motivation to be a self-starter and ability to drive towards a goal with limited supervision

  • Previous experience in aesthetics or beauty-related industries
  • MBA or other business-related graduate degree.
  • Prior exp working within a CRM platform will be a plus.
