We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Digital team, to support the strategy for and the implementation of features that enable our consumer brands to sell products worldwide. This role will report to the Senior Product Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and building features at all levels of the stack. You will work in close collaboration with senior leadership, Business Operations, Marketing, Ecommerce, Analytics, Finance and you will be embedded within our Engineering teams to deliver impactful initiatives that will fuel continued growth globally!

Responsibilities:
    • Work with internal teams, partners, and management to establish product development priorities, thoroughly owning your roadmap and deliverables.
    • Build strong relationships and drive cross-organizational alignment on your product deliverables.
    • Take ownership of the product and drive new feature development from start to finish.
    • Provide data driven insights and deliver recommendations that address opportunities for product improvements
    • Develop a shared understanding of the architecture and technology stack.
    • Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of issues.
    • Manage sprints and prioritize feature requests for highest impact
    • Work closely with engineers, 3rd party vendors and other PMs on developing new features, driving execution that will benefit the entire organization
    • Manage multiple projects at the same time and from ideation to launch
    • Maintain a prioritized backlog of projects and bugs for the most valuable initiatives


Requirements:
    • Solid understanding of product management methodologies, digital technologies, eCommerce operations and the underpinnings and drivers of online businesses
    • Collaborative worker who can adapt to fast changes, clarify ambiguity and has demonstrated strong product delivery experiences
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with software developers, business users, cross-functional partners and core 3rd party partners
    • Very strong execution skills able to take seemingly vague questions and translate them into clear, achievable objectives
    • Familiarity with the Shopify or other ecommerce platforms
    • Experience with SQL is a plus.
    • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, fast growing start-up like environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with Agile Scrum, project tasking tools (i.e. JIRA, Asana)
    • Experience working with remote teams or team members a plus
