The Associate Finance role will fulfill FP&A consolidation duties across Operations. The consolidator is a key role in ensuring Operations achieves its deliverables for each financial reporting cycle. Responsibilities include the following:
  • Consolidation of close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
  • Working with FP&A planners across Operations sites/functions
  • Submit forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning for Admin cost centers and ATO Occupancy
  • Manage consolidation templates, files, and calendar

Additional responsibilities include: updating PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, sending communication to FP&A planners for deadlines and deliverables during each cycle, ensure all consolidation templates are completed by the deadlines, assist in deriving the story behind the variances, develop strong relationships with planners, corporate, and other EVP consolidators, submit accruals and variance explanations for the Admin planned cost centers, collate information and submit Board of Directors fact pack, pull data from Hyperion for ad hoc analysis, create kickoff decks for planning cycles

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

OR

Associate degree and 4 years of Finance experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 6 years of Finance experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree concentration(s) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Understanding of basic financial and analytical principles
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Experience with Hyperion
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Strong team player who is able to collaborate with colleagues on complex assignments
  • Prior work experience
  • Biotechnology, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
