We are looking to hire an Administrative Coordinator to support the Technology Services team. The ideal candidate will be an organizational wizard, who works effectively with technology, excels at preparing budgetary department reports, can shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoys the challenges of helping support a great organization of talented teammates who have a passion for serving our customers.

A successful candidate will be able to:

  • Work closely with FCSAmerica technology leaders to monitor budgets and spending. 
  • Process technology purchase orders and invoices. 
  • Handle logistics setup for meetings, off-sites, traveling and other events. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally. 
  • Make timely decisions, exercise sound judgment, and work with integrity and professionalism. 
  • Be self-motivated and independent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

     Key Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Plan, organize and prioritize activities and projects to include assembling information, developing presentations, calendar and travel arrangements and preparing standard and ad hoc reports as requested 
    • Provide training support, including scheduling/logistics coordination for both on and off-site training, which may include arrangement for participation, facilities, equipment, meals, transportation, etc. 
    • Maintain relationships with relevant vendors as it pertains to ordering materials, billing and coordination 

      Minimum Qualifications

      • 3+ years in administrative support, or business operations role.
      • Proficiency in Office 365 products such as Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
      • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. 
      • Proven track record of accountability, reliability, confidentiality, and a positive attitude. 

         Preferred Qualifications

        • Budget management experience and skills (ideally with a technology services focus) 
        • Two or four-year college degree preferred.
