Description

The purpose of your role as an Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible providing general administrative support, including assisting with safety committee, managing records, managing vehicle registration, insurance, and bonding for the division. This is a 20 hour per week part-time role.
  • Enter training records into safety database and assist with new hire safety orientation, prep monthly data for divisional leaders, enter incident entry and assist field in completing reports.
  • Track completion of safety audit goals for management.
  • Order safety PPE and maintain inventory for field supplies.
  • Order Harris-branded supplies through online portal
  • Coordinate vehicle tracking & registration, and gas card assignments.
  • Coordinate mobile phone/iPad tracking.
  • Certificate of insurance issuance, maintaining and checking for accuracy of commercial insurance policies and preparing property/automobile schedules at renewal.
  • Obtain necessary bonds for projects. Monitor and maintain bonds for contractor's licenses.

What we're looking for in you
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office - advanced excel/data entry skills
  • 2+ years of experience writing business level correspondence
  • 2+ years of experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro or Bluebeam
  • 10-key and advanced typing skills
  • High attention to detail required
