What we're looking for in you
  • Bachelor's degree required in Business or Accounting, or equivalent years of experience
  • 3+ years of knowledge of standard accounting procedures and company policies and procedures
  • 3+ years of prior experience in accounts receivables for large, complex projects.
  • 3+ years of prior experience billing in a construction environment
  • 2+ years of proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team

The purpose of your role as an Accounts Receivables Supervisor

As the Accounts Receivables Supervisor, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and administration of accounts receivables billing and collections for large, complex construction projects. This includes, but is not limited to, customer billing/invoicing, collections, billing change orders, and customer correspondence. This role provides overall direction to accounts receivables team ensuring success of the project.
