The purpose of your role as an Accounts Payable Manager

As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible to provide leadership to our Accounts Payable department. The AP Manager will ensure that the department operates smoothly, maintains accurate and complete records regarding coding, approval and payment of invoices. As a key member of the Accounting team, this position will serve as the liaison between the AP department, external parties, and internal.

What we're looking for in you
  • 5+ years of proven experience as an Accounts Payables Manager
  • 5+ years of extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable and accounting practices supporting construction operations and job cost
  • Established record of process improvement methodologies which result in organizational efficiencies.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
  • Experience implementing new ERP system(s)
  • Advanced computer skills in Excel (VLOOKUP's and pivot tables), Word and other Microsoft Suite tools
