Manages a group of staff responsible for developing and evaluating quantitative analytics/modeling for specific business units or types of transactions. Directs activity of staff in their area in providing support to the business unit and to other business units within Bank of America. Actively involved in the analytics effort, but spends significant amount of time managing staff and coordinating projects. Acts as a senior level resource or resident expert on particular analytic/quantitative modeling techniques. Provides guidance to staff on areas of expertise.



**Description**



Bank of America's Wholesale Credit Portfolio Strategy and Analytics Team is seeking experienced leaders to join the Whole Credit Modeling Support Oversight and Governance Team. These leaders will be assigned to each of our modeling, associated qualitative methodologies, and resulting forecasts, and will Head and be responsible for driving an enterprise-wide matrix team as we define our agenda, design/develop our models/methodologies, operate our methodology, and publish forecasts in production. A key responsibility is to ensure our Wholesale Credit Executives and Subject Matter Experts are appropriately engaged in model design, and forecast inform, review and challenge. Expertise in CCAR/DFAST/Stress Testing, Quantitative/Qualitative Analysis, Wholesale Credit Lending and/or Credit Risk Management will enable the Leaders to effectively drive, oversee and govern these critical and highly complex areas. Superb verbal, written, and presentation abilities (from team level up to C-Suite Executive and Board levels) are critical to your ability to effectively communicate. Key areas in scope include Balance/AQ/Loss forecasting, Risk Rating Scorecards, PPNR, Allowance/IFRS9/CECL, Capital, and Custom Scenarios. Leaders will directly partner across the Enterprise to ensure we're collectively working together to achieve our objectives and working to establish consistent and robust frameworks. **Required Skills**

• 10+ years experience
