West Coast Focused Software Inside Sales Representative - 11am to 8pm

JOB SUMMARY



The West Coast Inside Sales Representative is results oriented with strong communication skills.  This position is primarily responsible generating new business with SMB and mid-market prospects.  These responsibilities include identifying prospects, building a qualified sales pipeline using both outbound and inbound leads and closing business against quota.  The ISR will be highly motivated and drive positive prospect experiences that support the companys overall sales goals with a proven record sales record. 



DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS



  • Proactively call and establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts to achieve monthly revenue goals

  • Create relevant and targeted lists of prospects through multiple avenues to build a consistent pipeline of new business.

  • Partner with Business Development Reps to set meetings with target prospective clients, as well as coordinate additional follow-up activities as needed

  • Learn and advocate for SentryOnes full suite of products and services

  • Coordinate with marketing team to develop marketing plans that accelerate our customer sales cycle

  • Consistently and accurately record all sales activities in Salesforce.com

  • Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods.

  • Work with onboarding and delivery teams to proactively address any obstacles with new customers.

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure completion of the sale and/or other sales operations requirements. 

  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.

Detail Orientation: Thoroughness in accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small. Monitors and checks work or information and plans and organizes time and resources efficiently.



QUALIFICATIONS



  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and 2+ years experience

  • Self-motivated and strong work ethic

  • 3-5 years experience in B2B, sales or business development

  • Experience with working in a CRM environment

  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed personal quotas and goals

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation

  • Professional communication skills and ability to connect with IT business leaders

  • Positive attitude towards work, teammates and working with colleagues in other departments

  • Ability to work 11am tp 8pm support west coast client
