JOB DESCRIPTION



• Custody sales is accountable for creating revenue opportunities and building a compelling case to drive the sale of products, in this case Global Custody, through multiple internal sales channels.



• Role requires individual to engage directly with clients and prospects to expertly represent our platform capabilities.



• Candidate will be aligned to various sectors and must become imbedded with other client facing staff, most often capital markets sales professionals.



• A successful sales person will develop and execute strategies specific to their assigned territories to maximize product relevance.



• Candidate will educate and coach teams and individuals to identify opportunities and position the bank’s custody solution as a meaningful contributor to the overall relationship.



• Candidate must lead the sales efforts; marshal, coordinate and deploy resources to develop client solutions.



• Candidate will need to create and deliver winning presentations and proposals.



REQUIRED SKILLS



• Bachelor’s degree



• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, preferably securities, custody, brokerage or related fields.



• A proven record of success in the sale of annuity revenue products.



• Excellent presentation and writing skills.



• Ability to work within a large organization to deliver collaborative solutions to clients.



• Proven leadership; Manage, coach and inspire associates to achieve objectives.



• Strong business planning and organizational skills.



• Ability to travel (est. 30%.)



DESIRED SKILLS



• Masters degree a plus.



• Experience with strategic selling.



• Demonstrated success in marketing and selling financial services and securities services capabilities to commercial and institutional client segments.
