Description **Job Description:**

+ Creates/runs governance routines, metrics routines, status updates, and ad hoc reporting

+ Manages QA/QC Dashboard, Reporting and Independent QC Testing

+ Partners with Business, Data Stewards, Technology, and Data Management Team to execute Data Governance processes and requirements

+ Manages Data Management SharePoint site and documentation of evidence of compliance (above)

+ Manages QC Reviews, Audits and ad hoc requests from internal and external partners

+ Serve as or support centralized POC for TDM internal and external control partners (Regulators, audit, risk, compliance, etc) engagement to understand control team activity requirements and impacted teams

+ Coordinate and/or support TDM impacted implications across implicated teams (technology, data management, line of business) by communicating on control team activity and serving as liaison between impacted teams and control teams to produce documentation

+ Monitor and report on TDM implication status to leadership and control partners via established weekly and monthly monitoring routines

+ Documents and escalates data governance issues, as needed

Enterprise Role Overview

Applies technical knowledge in determining end to end design requirements for large projects involving line of business, software/hardware developers and vendors. Work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure. Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications, often using new technologies. Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs. May manage projects including responsibility for a project and project budget. Works under minimal supervision on enterprise wide projects requiring creative solutions. IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience. Typically requires a minimum of 5-7 years of applicable experience.

**Required Skills and Experience:**

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience

+ 5-7 years related Governance experience

+ Experience with QA/QC deliverables

+ Experience partnering with Business, Data Stewards, Technology, and Data Management Teams to execute Data Governance processes and requirements

+ Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

+ Ability to multitask and work with team members in varying positions across the Program (peers and senior leadership)

+ Ability to learn quickly and prioritize effectively

+ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Excellent SharePoint skills

**Desired Skills and Experience**

+ Master’s degree from an accredited university

+ Previous experience with Audit, Compliance, and/or Operational Risk is a plus

+ Strong knowledge of BAC Enterprise Standards and Policies

+ Ability to apply critical thinking for requirements/standards interpretation
