**Enterprise Role Overview:**



Manages a function or unit within the technology environment. Manages application programmers and makes all decisions on personnel actions including staffing, performance management and compensation decision-making. Supports systems through maintenance, modification, problem resolution to support ongoing delivery of services and/or operations. Formulates/designs systems scope and objectives for the applications/development of a major project or multiple lesser projects. Responsible for instructing, directing, and checking the quality and timeliness of other systems professionals. Works on most difficult or complex systems. May provide expertise in determining the strategic technical direction and system architecture for initiatives. Provides training and technical assistance to more junior associates. Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.



**Job Specific Description:**



Manages a team of application programmers involved in building applications for ATMs and Financial Center.



Manages application programmers and makes all decisions on personnel actions including staffing, performance management and compensation decision-making.



Scrum master to run application development projects while handling planning using Scrum methodology to gather requirements and document process / status.



Facilitate all scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, daily scrum, retrospectives, backlog grooming, release planning)



Leader who can coach the teams in Agile methodologies



Responsible for instructing, directing, and checking the quality and timeliness of other systems professionals.



Works on most difficult or complex systems.



Provides training and technical assistance to more junior associates.



**Required Skills:**



Ability to manage and/or provides day-to-day leadership to various technical, professional, and/or administrative personnel engaged in specified project activities spread across multiple teams.



Ability to plan and oversee strategic, operational, and administrative projects, and/or services of broad significance to the organization within the designated functional area of focus.



12+ years experience including 5 years of hands on software development experience building UI applications using Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS.



5+ years of progressive project management experience.



2+ years’ experience in a true Agile / Scrum environment with at least a year's experience as a scrum master.



Must have strong understanding of object oriented design and programming concepts



Must have exceptional soft skills, including the ability to speak to both technical and business concerns



Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills



Excellent communication presentation and organization skill



Strong documentation skills and strong understanding Software Development Lifecycle best practices.



Experience working with offshore / remote delivery teams



**Desired Skills:**



Proven skill and effectiveness in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis,



Experience with metrics gathering/reporting and formulating action plans based on the data



Certified Scrum Master is a big plus



Experience with Financial Center or Service center applications.



2+ years’ experience developing applications for ATMs.
