Description **Job Description:**



Provide process, analytical and governance support in executing internal Tax control discipline and driving operational excellence. Able to gather, organize and understand data and processes across the enterprise in order to govern, test the effectiveness of key controls, challenge status quo, drive improvements and monitor status of mitigation and action plans. Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture.



+ Work as a central point of contact to drive proactive identification, monitoring and escalation of issues and/or control improvements

+ Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management

+ Act as an ambassador of the risk culture and ensure that there is appropriate QA in place in conjunction with compliance

+ Maintain strong relationships with the FLU; must be able to influence business partners through strong communication skills and an ability to “translate” business and analytical requirements

+ Drive governance and compliance for Tax across the enterprise by defining the required guidelines and controls, monitoring and validation, thematic and root cause analysis and reporting. Elevate oversight and executive level accountability/engagement of Tax EPO

+ Provide strategy and approach for EPO QA, Compliance and Ops Risk testing

+ Engage with business and control partners to analyze, implement, and update processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques. Integrate best practices with process design/re-design to ensure continuous risk identification and process improvement. Drive action plans, execution and escalation.

+ Organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans

+ Provide leadership and problem solving acumen; operate in “solution” oriented frameworkThis team has been challenged to tackle multiple transformational work streams for the Enterprise. The strongest candidates will have a love for problem solving, great partnership and work in an environment that is highly visible and transformational. This role will have leadership exposure opportunities across the enterprise, allowing the right person to expand his/her network and expertise. Ideal candidate should have US and/or foreign Tax Experience.

+ Strong process design skills (six-sigma skill a bonus)

+ Ensures that there is appropriate QA in place in conjunction with compliance.

+ Incumbents typically have over 5+ years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF/ experience.
