**Line of Business Specific Job Description:**



Responsible for being Agile and helping the Agile feature team learn and apply Scrum to achieve business value. Facilitates the Scrum Framework activities. Supports the team in defining a vision and strategy for the product; manages and facilitates all scrum ceremonies (e.g. product backlog refinement) to optimize effectiveness; coaches the team to sustain agility.



The Scrum Master will facilitate and lead iterative Scrum ceremonies. The Scrum Master will be responsible for team progress, answering to various levels of management. The Scrum Master will ensure that the development team and business customer have everything they need to succeed, when they need it. Removes impediments to the ability of the team to deliver and is keenly focused on the activities and progress of the Agile feature team **Required Skills:** •Strong organization and facilitation skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

•Proven experience and hands-on technical expertise in leading large scale projects

•Should have the ability to lead, influence and drive team efforts and results

•Strong analytical and problem solving skills

•Knowledge of software development lifecycle

•Motivated and self-directed, with an aptitude for learning

•Excellent written oral communication and presentation skills

•Rally or JIRA experience a plus

•High level understanding of BAC Enterprise Change Standards a plus

•Able to work independently with limited supervision

**Enterprise Specific Job Description:**



Manages projects limited in scope to LOB products, processes or functions although some may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Serves as secondary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives and provides assistance to staff. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Accountable for initiatives limited in scope to department products, processes or functions although some may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation. Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion. Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies. Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Responsible for Clarity and PCM updates and project documents. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Typically 3+ plus years of project management support experience.
