The Retention Analyst is responsible for providing expert level analysis of all systems, procedures, and strategies used in the Rehabilitation, Consolidation and Billing Retention Department. This person would be responsible for reporting the results of their analysis to the Retention Manager and to Senior Managers. Additionally, they would be responsible for auditing and preparing the final commission results for all NSF Follow-up Specialists, Rehab/Cons Follow-up Specialists, and Billing Coordinators.

Essential duties:

• Assists the Retention Manager in resolving complex level rehabilitation, consolidation and billing payfile problems.
• Responsible for receiving all billing break questions and errors and providing feedback to appropriate parties.
• Responsible for reviewing the accounts the NSF Follow-up Specialists, Rehab/Cons Follow-up Specialists, and Billing Coordinators want to take off a project.
• Responsible for reviewing accounts making qualifying rehab or consolidation payments that are not in a billing status.
• Responsible for scrubbing accounts reported to have missing client requirements for rehab or consolidation.
• Interface with other PRI departments as needed to carry out all other essential job duties.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
• Expert knowledge in how the Rehab Follow-up, NSF Follow-up, and Billing Coordinator commission schedules work, and the rules that go with them.
• Expert knowledge on how to accurately audit the results for the Rehab Follow-up, NSF Follow-up, and Billing Coordinator for commission credit.
• Expert knowledge in how the Rehab and Consolidation Tracking System works.
• Expert knowledge of all rehabilitation and consolidation requirements for each client.
• Expert knowledge of the systems, procedures, and reports used in tracking bounced checks for all clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to transfer knowledge and skills to others.
• Ability to conceptualize and convert data and experience into trends, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Ability to maintain composure under difficult or hostile interactions.
• Excellent attendance.
• Ability to make good use of own time under minimal supervision and ability to adapt to changes easily and assist others to do so.

Physical Requirements:
•Sit/stand/walk 8-10 hours/day.
•Lift/carry/push/pull under and over 10 lbs occasionally.
•Keying frequently, handling, reaching, fine manipulation.

Education and Experience:
• Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word proficient.
• Two-three years general business experience.
• Data analysis experience helpful.
• High School graduate/GED or equivalent.
