Sodexo is seeking seasonal Retail Manager 2 to support our Supper in your Box Seats operations from March to November for the famous Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CABox ticket holders of the Hollywood Bowl will be able to order ahead for complete meals from Suzanne Goin's summer supper menus and Caroline Styne's extensive wine list, served right at your box seats.

This Manager will lead box/suite operations at the Bowl combining quality and speed of service to our patrons. This position will interact with VIPs and clients on a daily basis. Providing an unforgettable guest experience is our focus. We pride ourselves on quality farm to table culinary specialties offered throughout the venue. 

The prestigious, multi-outlet venue offers exceptional food services that range from fine dining in our premium restaurants, grab and go at our concessions and VIP seating at the world famous Hollywood Bowl Outdoor Amphitheater. 

Excellent customer service and client relations skills are a must! 

Extensive wine and food knowledge is required.

Position Summary

Responsible for food quality & customer service in an operation that may have branded concepts or other retail offerings. Directs the work of hourly & supervisory food service workers.
Key Duties
- Ensures there is a zero harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees.
- Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources.
- Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.
- Maintains client satisfaction for food quality & customer service.
- Accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery.
- Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers. 



Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
