Description **Job Description:**



The Regulatory and Global Risk Issues Management Manager has primary responsibility for:



•Developing and managing strong relationships with the FLUs/CFs, partnering effectively with them on issues management processes



•Executing QA routines to ensure FLU/CFs are adhering to the Issues Policy and driving consistency in issue management processes across the Company



•Conducting data mining and performing thematic analysis on regulatory issues and letters to determine themes and trends



•Partners with the FLU/CFs to develop robust regulatory responses to regulatory findings. This includes assistance with conducting an effective root cause analysis and horizontal review of the findings to ensure there are no repeat occurrences in other areas of the Company



•Monitors and oversees regulatory issues to ensure they remain on track and escalate any concerns with timely and sustainable remediation



•Providing advice and counsel on the end-to-end issue management process for Regulatory and Global Risk Issues



•Partners with the responsible regulatory issue owners to drive improvement in data quality to ensure accurate regulatory issue reporting and effective thematic analysis



**Requirements:**



•Solid knowledge of Bank of America’s business lines, operations, organizationalstructure, senior executives, etc.



•5+ years experience in one or more of the following: issues management, exam management, regulatory interactions and/or risk management



•Strong project management skills; attention to detail; ability to drive projects to conclusion



•Ability to influence at all levels, including senior executives



•Excellent written and verbal communication skills(including ability towrite, review and edit critical regulatory documents)



•Knowledge of the company’s businesses and products



•Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and cultivate relationships across the Company



•Ability to analyze and synthesize regulatory issue information to get to the true heart of the issues



•Ability to work effectively and provide accurate information under tight timelines•Very strong presentation skills: ability to present key messages, recommendations and information in a clear, concise and insightful way and synthesize information key to relevant points



Enterprise Role Overview:



The Regulatory Enforcement Oversight Manager is accountable for supporting the Regulatory Enforcement Oversight Executive in providing subject matter expertise on enforcement action management and overseeing the enterprise-wide oversight of Enforcement action remediation activities. Responsible for providing leadership direction, attracting, assessing, developing, motivating and retaining a successful team.



The Regulatory Enforcement Oversight Manager is a member of a team engaged to assist in remediation of Enforcement action requirements, and will assist in the following activities:



• Establish project management and administrative support for Enforcement action remediation activities.

• Manage enforcement action execution.

• Facilitate design of comprehensive action plans.

• Assist in defining requirements, resource plans and governance routines for successful execution of remediation activities.

• Manage program-level updates, issues management, status, timelines and governance.

• Provide consolidated milestone dashboards, accountability matrices, and status of evidence completion against action plans.

• Review and facilitate completion of sustainability plans, and sustainability metrics.

• Develop plans for evidence collection, management, and delivery.

• Design and maintain electronic evidence repositories.

• Develop processes and tools to manage and preserve official books and records.

• Develop and execute and manage governance, engagement and communication strategies.

• Manage flexible resources for special projects as needed to facilitate enforcement action remediation and lift.

• Design milestones, action plans, quarterly progress submissions and checklists to achieve and demonstrate compliance to the Orders.

• Produce Board and Committee materials, updates, and presentations for Enterprise Risk Committee, Audit Committee and Board as mandated under specific enforcement actions.

• Compile required status updates, designed to provide transparent progress updates, for local regulator teams and central regulatory offices.

• Determine when formal notices of change are required under Orders and action plans and assist in preparations of communications to regulators.

• Contribute to quality assurance reviews of deliverables including enforcement action analysis, evidence, scorecards, meeting materials and written deliverables to regulators.

• Ensure consistent quality of activities, processes and outputs by establishing effective review practices across teams
