Philanthropic Client Managers (PCMs) are experts in the management of philanthropic investment management and trust accounts. They are responsible for providing client support and executing our fiduciary duties in compliance with all laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Philanthropic Client Managers are also responsible for considering the unique aspects of their client’s circumstances in order to proactively provide advice and solutions to clients in nonprofit and private philanthropy accounts. Additionally PCMs have shared responsibility with the Senior/Institutional Sales Director (ISD), ICA, PCA and National Practice Experts (NPEs) for the management and growth of their relationships and shared responsibility with the Philanthropic Market Executives (PMEs) and Institutional Client Executive/Director (ICE/D), as appropriate, for delivering client service and overall client satisfaction for their largest and most valuable relationships.



+ Primary point of contact for clients owning quality of client service support, working closely with and providing leadership to supporting client service team (Mkt PA, PA, NPEs, etc.)

+ Professional delivery of client service and management of philanthropic accounts including compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures and managing fiduciary risk

+ Conduct discovery to understand clients’ and partner needs to deliver appropriate solutions and advice to meet clients’ needs

+ Successfully work with COIs and the professional community to develop a network of external referral partners

+ Drive relationship expansion opportunities for existing clients with Sr/ISDs, ICAs and PCAs

+ Provide relationship management expertise and support ISDs/PCAs in driving sales for new opportunities

+ Collaborate with teammates to deliver our full array of integrated solutions to clients

+ Promote the full breadth of our philanthropic services and solutions internally and externally to grow business, actively participating in the sales process as appropriate

+ Escalate remediation issues to Philanthropic Fiduciary Manager (PFM) and participate in remediation activities as required

**Desired Qualifications**



+ 7+ years of successful experience in managing philanthropic relationships with nonprofit and/or high net worth clients (or direct nonprofit experience)

+ Demonstrated ability in relationship management and fiduciary administration

+ Client service quality ownership orientation

+ Proven team leadership capabilities and desire

+ Ability to partner internally and navigate across the enterprise to enable full support of client needs
