**Key Responsibilities**



**Summary** :



+ Division CRMs are responsible for driving client-centric strategic business initiatives, division service and operations plans, and day-to-day running of market in support of Division Executive and in partnership with rest of division leadership team

+ Division CRMs are proactive strategic and operating advisors to Division Executives and drive division’s client experience, support team productivity, while appropriately balancing risk and service issues

+ Division CRMs report jointly to the National CRM and their respective Division Executive and are located in the division



**Major responsibilities include:**



+ Partners with the Division Executive and division leadership team to develop and execute a client-centric service strategy and related initiatives that deliver growth and client satisfaction within an appropriate risk profile.

+ Accountable for business metrics including client survey results, expansion of client services, and client acquisition/retention.

+ Responsible to ensure a strong practice management model is in place and that Financial Advisors and CAs can articulate and have a documented service model that reflects a consistent onboarding process, and ongoing client reviews of service needs/ capabilities.

+ Manages regulatory, operational and client service risk, ensuring all CRMs, Client Associates and Operations Associates are protecting the interests of the firm while enhancing the client experience.

+ Ensures successful branch exams, corporate audits and regulatory visits across the division, and proactively identifies challenges and possible solutions that can be leveraged across the segments.

+ Leverages capabilities of the broader enterprise to deliver support for the market teams, and to bring solutions to partners across the firm.

+ Builds an ongoing talent acquisition and development process for CRMs and CAs ensuring a strong candidate pipeline and training/development resources for employees at every stage of their career.



**Skills & Capabilities**



+ Strong, strategic, logical and creative thinker with an ability to translate strategy into pragmatic tactics that drive business

+ Comprehensive knowledge of the Wealth Management business and industry, including products/services, regulatory and supervision requirements and corporate policies/procedures.

+ Industry registrations including Series 7, 9, 10, 63 and 65 (or 66). Additional licenses as necessary to appropriately supervise all Financial Advisors across the division.

+ Proven track-record of relationship building & people leadership, including the ability to inspire and motivate others, while creating a culture that supports employee development, recognition and diversity.

+ Well developed business judgment & executive presence with impactful communication and presentation skills.

+ Fully engaged with an ownership/solutions mindset with exceptionally strong work ethic and positive attitude

+ Ability to work collaboratively across segments and lines of business to bring the best enterprise solutions together to solve problems and serve clients

+ Demonstrated management and process focus, including the ability to effectively design, execute and monitor business initiatives consistently across the division.

+ Ability to develop, monitor and react to key business metrics, analyzing data to understand trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.



**Expectations**



+ Provides succinct, strategic, candid, timely and proactive communication to division leadership to compel performance and change.

+ Engaged with the business and visible across division via in-person visits and communication routines.

+ Works closely with Market Executives to understand their unique market needs and provide guidance around functional roles and specialization that FAs may need to grow their business.

+ Develop partnerships with Technology/Operations, Product & Service groups and Banking organizations in the development and execution of client-centered initiatives.

+ Continuously learning and developing intellectual capacity, staying current with industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices.
