The Manager, Marketing role with Quest International Users Group will be responsible for creating and managing marketing related deliverables such as print and digital assets, newsletters, web copy, blogs and social media. This position resides on the marketing team but also works cross-functionally to ensure all deliverables meet requirements from other departments (content, customer engagement, vendor sales) while achieving marketing goals.



  • Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or similar field

  • 1 - 3 years experience in progressive, fast-paced and growing organizations

  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, facilitation and leadership skills with the ability to gain consensus through personal influence

  • Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to develop and maintain relationships across all multiple departmental disciplines and external customers

  • Experience with digital and print design as well as backend CMS management (Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress preferred)



  • Analytical abilities that balance long-term objectives with day-to-day tactical realities

  • Demonstrated ability to work closely and collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts toward development and execution of necessary marketing plans

  • High degree of self-motivation along with ability to work autonomously to follow company guiding principles and practices

  • Positive attitude with high energy and an enthusiastic and motivational presentation style

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining flexibility

  • Functions well in matrix-oriented environment



  • Execute marketing initiatives aligned with marketing roadmap, strategic marketing priorities and Quests overall strategic direction including website and communications enhancements

  • As assigned, work on marketing projects and initiatives across product lines (with a focus on the Oracle PeopleSoft community) throughout planning, implementation and optimization

  • Work with Marketing Director and Marketing Analyst to assess and report on performance of assigned marketing projects

  • Manage communication calendars

  • Design and develop communications as well as print and digital assets associated with Quest community needs including:

    • Print and digital assets and advertisements

    • Website copy and content

    • Emails, newsletters and blogs

    • Event-related communications

    • Partner and member communications

    • Social media posts

    • Member and vendor communications

    • Conference summary reports, annual reports, board scripts and printed materials

  • Conduct environmental scans of social media, competitive websites and Oracle to uncover new areas for Quest to promote its content, news and events

  • Other miscellaneous items include:

  • Provides information for monthly headquarters reports and quarterly board book reports

  • Operates Quest membership database software

  • Provides information for monthly AOR reports and quarterly board book reports as necessary



  • Serves as back-up for the Oracle Cloud and JD Edwards Marketing Managers as needed (no prior experience with Oracle products is required for this position)

  • Performs other related duties as assigned
