    This position will have an office in Cambridge MA or Bridgewater NJ and will support

    • 9 locations in MA
    • 2 locations in NJ
    • 3 locations in PA
    • 1 location in NV (visit one time per year)
    • 1 location in GA (visit one time per year)

    Position Summary

    Responsible for implementing, coordinating and/or administration of HR programs, policies and procedures. Participates in HR initiatives and special projects. This position interacts frequently with Senior Management and must exercise discretion and independent judgment in formulating and ing human resources and other management policies to non-routine and complex business challenges.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
    Basic Management Experience - 3 years
    Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of HR experience
