**Global Human Resources**



**Global Banking and Markets HR Reporting & Analytics Consultant**



**Position Description**



As a member of the Global Banking & Markets (GBAM) HR Reporting & Analytics team you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in developing and analyzing headcount reporting. You will be a subject matter expert on HR systems. You will be required to use Bank of America technology, tools, and resources to access, analyze, and distribute information. Will need to demonstrate an understanding of the technology available to support business partners.



Our Global Banking & Markets division serves mid- to large-sized corporations and institutional clients worldwide. It is comprised of Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking, Global Corporate & Investment Banking, Global Markets and Wholesale Credit. Aligned with these client-facing groups are Global Capital Markets and Global Research.



**Responsibilities Include:**



+ Creating and enhancing standard deliverables including headcount, diversity, turnover, promotion, span of control, management level, and staffing reporting

+ Consulting with HR teams to develop and enhance reporting

+ Working closely with HR Reporting Client Executive/Manager and HR Reporting Analysts to build new reporting capabilities to meet evolving demands beyond standard product offerings

+ Partnering with HR operational service delivery and technology BI teams to ensure products and services meet the clients ongoing needs

+ Translating business needs and requirements into actionable reporting product requests

+ Creating high-impact, senior management presentations

+ Implementation of new HR data management tools and processes

+ Gathering, organizing and analyzing large amounts of data, interpreting the data and then communicating/presenting the results in an organized fashion to key stakeholders

+ Responding to and managing ad-hoc requests in a timely, accurate, and strategic manner



**Required Skills**



+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ Minimum 3 to 7 years of reporting and analytics experience

+ Proven data orientation and analytic skills as well as the ability to apply a combination of inductive and deductive reasoning to examine information, interpret results, arrive at logical conclusions, and recommend solutions; inclusive of data mining and ad hoc reporting

+ Ability to assimilate complex data into a results-based story and effectively present the results; including the ability to develop concise, effective senior level presentations

+ Demonstrated relationship management skills/experience including the ability to communicate and influence at the senior leader level

+ Excellent team collaborator in addition to being able to work independently

+ Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/stakeholders; strong organizational and time management skills

+ Previous project/program management experience, inclusive of technology proficiency, systems thinking and quality orientation

+ Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills

+ Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, facilitation, client service orientation, influence, teamwork and collaboration

+ Ability to translate strategy into specific goals, tactics and deliverables

+ Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, look ups, sophisticated data manipulation and analysis, etc.) and strong PowerPoint and Access skills



**Desired Skills**



+ Commitment to continued learning, implementation, and adoption of HR tools, functional areas, and processes

+ Financial services industry experience

+ Proficiency with Oracle Business Intelligence, Workday reporting, and Tableau (or similar HR Reporting tools)
