Unit Description

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an experienced General Manager 2 for our client at LivaNova in Arvada, Colorado.  

 

The General Manager’s, main responsibilities are the daily operation of full-service café serving breakfast, lunch and catering for a population up to 350 customers.  The candidate must have food and labor cost control experience, exceptional customer service, hands-on cooking experience and leadership skills.

 

If you have the following skillsets, then we would love to hear from you:

  • Prior total fiscal accountability including budget forecasting.
  • Proven ability to control food and labor cost within the department.
  • Strong leadership and administrative skills (including the ability to successfully hire and train an exceptional staff).
  • Ability to successfully foster strong client and customer relationships.
  • Detail oriented, outgoing, high energy, accountable, ENTREPRENUER Spirit

 

This manager will work predominately Monday through Friday.

Position Summary

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account

- Controls unit financials
- Directs daily food operations for quality & safety standards
- Supervises day to day activities
- Delegates authority
- Assigns & prioritizes activities
- Monitors operating standards
- Establishes a safe work environment
- Support workplace inclusion activities

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree 
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
