Description **Job Description:**

The Banking Book team serve as the liaison between Funds Transfer Pricing and LOB, responsible for all methodology, analytics and reporting within purview.

Responsibilities include:

+ Leads evolving FTP methodology agenda, ensuring coordination with BSM/LRM

+ Analyzes and communicates FTP results (both LOB and Firm-wide)

+ Assists LOBs in forecasting FTP and explaining FTP impact drivers

+ Run ad-hoc analyses/manual processes on an as-needed basis

+ Manages and mitigates operational risk/controls in the execution of FTP

_Enterprise Role Overview_

_Responsible for more complex finance activities involving implementation of strategic plans, profitability analysis, forecasting and financial reporting for a business unit or associate area. Supports achievement of business goals by working on more complex activities or projects with others within the unit and with partners. Leads projects and coordinates resources. May provide supervision to a small staff. Can manage partner relationships._

**Requires Skills and Experience:**

+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

+ In-depth understanding of BAC financial processes, including general ledger

+ Strong grasp of Corporate Treasury function, with funds transfer pricing or asset/liability management experience a big plus

+ Strong analytical skills; able to tie results into story and ‘big picture’

+ 5-7 years of relevant finance experience in a large corporate environment

+ Professional executive demeanor; mature and decisive with highly versatile interpersonal skills

+ Excellent stakeholder relationship management abilities to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships across the organization

+ Execution-oriented; with ability to quickly organize work and execute with speed

+ Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
