Description **Job Description:**



We are looking for a driven, results-oriented internet marketer to join world class online advertising and search capabilities at Bank of America. This key team member will aid in development of media strategy and execution tactics focused on product acquisition and Bank brand marketing efforts via the online channel. Additionally, they will establish and manage business relationships with media vendors and agencies and partner with Online Product Marketing teams to optimally utilize online advertising and search as integral components of integrated marketing plans.



**Job Responsibiliti** **es:**



+ Accountable for developing, executing and optimizing media plans to drive profitable traffic to the site and attracting new customers for the brand.

+ Develop and execute online advertising plans for Bank of America products.

+ Consult with and provide thought leadership to online product marketing teams resulting in optimal ROI.

+ Negotiate business arrangement and execute strategic partnerships with media vendors and portals including Google, Yahoo!, MSN, Ad.com, Invite, etc.

+ Manage agency relationships as pertains to online media execution and related process.

+ Institutionalize analytics-based approach to optimizing investment in online advertising and search.



**Required Skills:**



+ Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience

+ Minimum of 5-10 years managing digital media at a digital advertising agency or in a corporate marketing/Ecommerce capacity

+ In-depth understanding of various online advertising tactics and marketplace nuances with a deep understanding of display direct response tactics and brand/experiential drivers (i.e. sponsorships, video, advanced targeting etc.)

+ Experience in developing and managing online media vendor business relationships

+ Experience utilizing key online metrics and syndicated research in building smart strategic recommendations

+ Sound project management skills ensuring that media plans and optimizations move forward effectively on deadline and on strategy



**Desired Skills:**



+ Financial Services product knowledge/experience

+ Disciplined approach to project and financial management

+ Base knowledge of web analytics, media planning and competitive tools and resources including Doublclick DART, AdRelevance, ComScore, Core Metrics, eMarketer, DSPs, DMPs, etc. (i.e. understand basic methodology and how to interpret data) 

+ Possess general knowledge of direct marketing principles and strategies 

+ Possess knowledge of online brand-building tactics
