Description **Job Description:**



This position oversees and manages multiple work streams within Corporate Security which include functions and operations critical to the Bank in three functional categories:



PHYSICAL SECURITY & CRITICAL FACILITIES



+ Manage the Bank’s deployment of over 4,500 security guards throughout the portfolio.

+ Manage global security guard forces in APAC and CEEMEA

+ Management of Protective Services Incident Management platform – OneFacility

+ Development and execution of Security Evaluation of Risk Tool / ongoing threat vulnerability assessments for the Banks building portfolio

+ Oversee ATM Security team and program

+ Manage and oversee Corporate Security Supplier Manager Program with overseeing all 3rd party providers of global security and safety services.



SOAAC OPERATIONS



+ Leads operational functions that serve as the Bank’s 24/7/365 “Central Hub” for proactively monitoring, reporting, and responding to, safety and security related incidents in order to protect Bank of America Associates, customers, clients and assets worldwide.

+ Operations, Systems Administration, False Alarm Analysis & Administration comprising SOACC OPS that are responsible for Installation of Alarm/Video Surveillance Equipment, Alarm Fee and Permit Processing, Alarm Monitoring, Control and Code Management and Critical Incident Management.

+ Reporting of all incents regarding significant events that impact or have the potential to impact BAC facilities, operations or associates globally.



THREAT MANAGEMENT



+ Provides subject matter expertise in Workplace Violence related matters.

+ Ensures compliance with OSHA and other state and local occupational regulatory regulations as they relate to workplace violence incidents.

+ Continued development and execution of intelligence driven prevention focused threat mitigation programs and capabilities.



Additional responsibilities involve:



+ Work closely with the global Intelligence & Analysis team to ensure seamless comprehensive SOACC operations and capabilities

+ Represent Corporate Security on the Enterprise Core Team (ECT)

+ Mail Center Security and coordinating activities with Enterprise Postal Strategy and Mail Services. This involved the deployment of x-ray screening technology, managing recurring meeting with Mail Services, and managing the guidelines established for mail center security.

+ Oversight and modification of the Threat and Vulnerability Assessment (TVA) and Work Area Module (WAM) projects on facilities owned and/or occupied by the Bank.

+ Coordinating and chairing the Critical Facility Designation Committee that annually evaluates and makes recommendations to Protective Services leadership on critical facility additions and removals.

+ Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as the FBI, DHS, and other public sector organizations that protect the Critical Infrastructure/Key Resources private sector entities.

+ Develop and participate in a variety of ad-hoc exercises such as Active Shooter Tabletop, Bank as a Target Planning and exercises, etc.

+ Serve as proxy and/or represent Global Corporate Security Executive as required.



**Experience/Skill Requirements**



+ Prior global Law Enforement experience preferred or corporate security experience 8-10+ yrs.

+ Proven Security knowledge

+ High level relationship management

+ Proactive problem solver

+ Ability to establish productive partnerships with law enforcement agencies

+ Fluent in Spanish preferred

**Education**



+ Bachelor's Degree required (preference incriminology/criminal justice)

+ Master Degree is preferred
