Description **Job Description:**

The Financial Center and ATM Analytics team provides analytics and customer insights to drive the Bank’s Financial Center, ATM/ATA network, and market planning strategies. This individual will provide analytical support for the Specialty Center focus in order to drive client-centric capabilities based on client demographics and their specific financial needs. An analyst successful in this role will be able to aggregate data across multiple sources and platforms, analyze the data to identify drivers of performance and articulate the business insights resulting from their analyses.


+ Provide information-based analyses thru the aggregation of performance, opportunity, and demographic data to identify opportunities for targeted client-centric strategies

+ Engage with business partners across multiple organizations to identify success metrics and develop measurement plans to answer strategic questions that support FC /ATM design, capabilities, and efficiency

+ Partner with analyst on the Testing & Market Assessment team to develop robust testing plans for FC and ATM capability tests wherever applicable

+ Present conclusions, implications and actionable recommendations for improved client experiences in the FC and ATM channels to business partnersRequired Experience:

+ 3+ years analytics experience with solid working knowledge of SAS and SQL

+ High degree of autonomy with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

+ Comfortable and effective in tackling unstructured analytical challenges

+ Excellent statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into meaningful insight

+ BA/BS required; MA/MS preferred

Desired Skills:

+ General knowledge of statistics and advanced analytic techniques including propensity models, segmentation, and decision trees

+ Knowledge of Bank of America consumer data structures
