Description **Job Description:**



Deliver individually or with the help of peers and others insightful data to be used in driving complex business decisions or strategies. Communicate with marketing managers to understand business/marketing challenges to be analyzed and deliver the appropriate summary and data required. Ability to use data tools and techniques to find and deliver insights from various sources.



Sales Enablement



+ Responsible for helping to source/uncover timely “leads” for MRMs to deliver to LOB partners leveraging existing data sources (DemandBase, Google Analytics, Event data, etc.)

+ Work with Digital Team to help MRMs manage and leverage the data and reporting for their programs/campaigns

+ Owned channels: Web, Email, Social, Webinars, Events

+ Paid channels: Paid Social, Content Promotion, Sponsorships, Paid Media, Paid Search

+ Earned channels: PR, Influencer



Brand Level



+ Help source ideas for macro topics/themes based on what’s resonating amongst existing content/programming

+ Comb through data for segment insights, best practices and channel/tactic improvements or refinements



**Required Skills:**



+ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Math, Statistics, Computer Science or related analytical field and/or equivalent work experience

+ 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or business strategy role.

+ Must be able to mine data from multiple sources and find insights/ideas that align with business challenges and goals.

+ Must be able to communicate and present analytical data in

+ plainspoken way.

+ Must be able to thrive in a matrixed organization.



**Desired Skills:**



+ Banking /Finance/Marketing work experience;preferably B2B and/or financial services.
