Responsibilities:



+ Review supervisory commentary to ensure it conforms with BAC Policy Requirement

+ Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance compliance with BAC Policy Requirements

+ Engage with BCO’s, as necessary, to discuss and review initial QA results

+ Develop subject matter expertise to be viewed as an additional resource for BCO’s



Qualifications:



+ Three to five years of experience of financial services experience

+ Preferred candidates will have a background in one or more of the following areas: Middle Office, Operations, Finance, Governance

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Proven experience in a role that’s self-directed

+ Proven ability to manage timelines and display sound judgment to escalate issues as needed

+ Strong analytical skills and a desire to continue to learn
