Description **Job Description:**

Responsible for supporting core audit practices for Corporate Audit. Leading projects to manage change in BAU activities. Utilizes sound analytical skills and possesses strong knowledge of IIA requirements to provide day to day support to the audit division and identify and escalated problems. Demonstrates sound project management skills to manage complex projects. Assesses problems for impact to business processes to identify needs to adjust practices. Works with team and other support teams to deliver solutions to simplify and improve practices and supporting tools. Supports all aspects of associate readiness for changes to division practices and technology, including training, communication, policy writing, development of business requirements, execution of user acceptance and post implementation testing. Establishes partner relationships with training, technology and QA teams within the broader Audit Strategy & Development Group. Actively supports peers with development as part of training and day to day support of questions. Fosters a positive and inclusive work environment.

Required Skills include:

+ Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 5 years experience in audit, risk or compliance

+ Strong understanding and demonstrated ability to execute core audit practices (plan, issue validation, execution of audits)

+ Ability to lead multiple, complex projects

+ Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with all levels of the division (staff to SLT) and external regulators

+ Ability to quickly evaluate complex problems and identify solutions

+ Ability to support and communicate audit’s practices

+ Ability to think strategically to evaluate and influence change of current practices

+ Commitment to development of teammates

+ Highly organized with commitment to quality
