Federal Advisory Partners is looking for Associate Management Consultants to join our team of dynamic healthcare consulting professionals.  F|A|P is the destination for enthusiastic, results-oriented leaders committed to delivering high quality solutions to clients.
 
Our Consultants play a critical role in the continued long-term growth of the company and spend a significant amount of time interacting with clients, coordinating and leading project team members and developing and contributing to work products and contract deliverables.  

Responsibilities
 
We are looking for Associate Management Consultants with a tendency towards action, fresh ideas, the ability to anticipate where a client’s needs may be 12 months from now, and the desire to build something meaningful. 
 
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 

  • Proactively seeks knowledge of the client organization by researching background information, and speaking with team members about project scope and goals.
  • Conducts market research to identify trends that may impact client business operations, and shares knowledge during meetings and brown bag presentations.
  • Actively participates within the team and seeks guidance and feedback from team members.
  • Develops an understanding of client organizational structure and the importance of relationships.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of communication protocols with client stakeholders. 
  • Identifies and resolves problems within assigned project tasks.
  • Ability to meet internal and external deadlines by efficiently managing time, prioritizing tasks and utilizing available resources.
  • Accurately documents client communications and shares information with the project team.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience, preferably in a federal consulting environment; or recent MS/MPH/MBA grad with related internship/work experience.
  • Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment and produce deliverables in tight timeframes.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, if needed.
