Description **Job Description:**

Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. May have responsibility for a project and project budget. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.

**Responsibilities Include:**

• Liaison between Application Teams and the Bank’s Chief Technology Organization.

• AE Pipeline (engagement) coordination between application teams, TEA-IE Portfolio Managers and Chief Technology Organization (CTO) Chief Engineers (CEs). Includes scheduling and conducting requirements gathering meetings, coordinating and providing estimates, and managing the overall AE engagement strategy.

• Coordinate and submit server / infrastructure decommissioning requests

• Production Change Request (CRQ) coordination and processing in ITSM / Remedy

• Coordinate and submit firewall requests

• Application Hosting coordination

• Provide project support to the Infrastructure Engineers including AD account / group creation, BladeLogic role and job creation, server validation, other activities as required

• Coordinate with global resources

• SharePoint and Dashboard maintenance

**Required Skills:**

• Strong written and verbal communications skills and ability to influence others

• Strong computer skills, including MS Outlook, Excel, Project, Visio, SharePoint

• Quickly adapt to change, solid analytical and trouble shooting skills

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects concurrently and be proactive

• Ability to quickly learn new systems

• Knowledge of Hardware Infrastructure and System Development Life Cycle

• Ability to work with global project teams and various levels of enterprise partners

• Ability to coordinate and drive meetings across diverse teams, multiple time zones and all levels of the org including senior management

• Working knowledge of: WebLogic, WebSphere, Windows, Database (Oracle), Netezza, Informatica, Apache, MQ

• ITSM/Remedy experience

• Basic SQL, Unix, HTML, Java

• Knowledge of ITIL Processes

• Cost of technology understanding

• BAML Enterprise Tools: ITSM / Remedy, ARM, RTT, eSmart, Nexus, Runbook, DNT, Tech Direct, AIT

• Project Management experience.


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 4 - 6 years technical infrastructure and/or application development experience
