Xilinx France is looking to expand its team with an account manager with sales experience in the semiconductor market. As account manager you will be responsible for the demand creation activity for key accounts in France, achieving revenue & design win targets, managing the relationships at these accounts. This will be done by developing a sales strategy plan, working closely with the technical staff at the French office and having a strong presence at our key accounts. The account manager has to establish the account strategy, drive the customer relationship across all levels of the organization, and strategically position Xilinx as a preferred Vendor. 



  • A passion for achieving challenging revenue target, design wins and market share goals

  • Proven track record of successful account management experience with strategic accounts

  • Adapt well to a fast paced environment with a great team spirit

  • A strong sense of urgency to address customer issues

  • Able to work independently and meet customers demanding needs/priorities

  • Good understanding of customer business initiatives, challenges and industry trends to identify ways for customers to increase their competitive advantage

  • Ability to engage with different levels of customers to get accurate project information and market trends to win business

  • Strong in articulating/differentiating key capabilities and business value of Xilinx products/services to customers

  • A technical background is required to understand customers technical requirements and engage in solutions selling

  • Learn quickly from mistakes and overcome adversity, failures and challenging situations

  • Good collaborative skills to mobilize and coordinate internal resources efficiently and to support different requirements of a project

  • Fluent English and French



Education Details:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • FPGA and Embedded Processors experience is a plus but not required
